I almost always write a short to-do list at the beginning of each day. Then I almost always stray from it in some way or another. Hey, nobody’s perfect. Recently, I have been wanting to increase my flexibility and strength and do more yoga. I try to do something active every day and so yoga was going to be my activity for today. But I didn’t write it down. It didn’t make it onto my to-do list. And my activity ended up being cleaning the house and washing the dishes. And I even have a dishwasher.
And so I am left to wonder, “Why didn’t I write it down on my list of things to do?” If something is so important to you, why isn’t it on your list of things to do? Why aren’t you doing it?
