If you wait for 90%, in most cases, you’re probably being slow. Sometimes I catch myself waiting to be 100% certain about something before acting, which is usually an impossible level of certainty to attain anyway. Jeff says even if you wait for 90% certainty, you’re waiting too long.
Sometimes you just have to do it and then see what happens.
