What do you do when there’s something that you don’t feel like doing but you know you should do? Do it anyway. Pre-decide to do it anyway. Pretend it’s like work. If you can work 9-5, then you can exercise 5-6 and clean the house 6-7. Even if you don’t feel like it. I’m not saying spend your whole life doing things that you don’t want to do but if there is something that you know needs to be done, then just do it. Committing to doing it and doing it at a certain time will make it easier to do it when the time comes. If you don’t schedule a vacation, you might never take one.
Do whatever you need to do. You don’t have to feel like it.
