Life will be easier if you can become comfortable with temporary uncertainty.
You may not know what’s going to happen later today, or tomorrow or a week from now, but taking a long enough view, many things are temporary and it’s easier to be confident that they will pass and we’ll make it to the other side of the sea, even though we don’t see any land yet.
My cousin and his wife were considering their baby’s progress and noticing things like at what age she was able to roll over by herself and then he joked, “Wait, do we know any 18 year olds who don’t know how to roll over? No? We’re okay then.” They were okay then, while in the middle of uncertainty.
Maybe you are too.
