People don’t always want to bake things from scratch, so companies started selling cake mixes, to make it easier. When they started selling cake mixes, they made it so easy that all you had to do was add water and mix things. But people actually didn’t like that, so the companies removed the powdered eggs from their mixes, so that consumers could crack their own eggs and feel like they’d done something.
